I am thinking of moving to SEA particularly to Singapore in one of the big 4 firms in their strategy consulting arm as manager. During initial discussion I have been offered a base salary of SGD 120,000 at manager position. Do you think this is worth leaving for?

Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

Also comment on what do you think will happen in future? Will it be same ever coz I don't see any ends.

I have got incremented salary fifteen days ago. I am looking for a job change. Is it wrong if I ask increment based on my new salary? If people can ask for higher salary on the basis of an offer that they have, can't i ask on the basis of salary that I am actually getting? Some ppl say that companies will look at last three months salary. It is my first change. My demand is according to market standards.
