I have been working in EY India for past 5 years in the cyber security team (Sconn year 1) and recently cracked interview for Deloitte UK. They are offering me 42k fixed with Sconn year 1 designation for London location Can someone provide me the average bracket for Sconn in Deloitte London and maybe help me get an idea of monthly expenses. You have to question them ask him to connect you if any issue with team mates because you have to stand infront of your team members facing any challenges and one more thing you can connect DM and have one to one discussion explain the scenario team members are frustrated due to manager
Get scolding from him in front of everyone, your team members will feel better and will sympathise with you ..
After the manager, you are the person to whom your team will look forward. You need to listen to your team and your team should feel that you are with them.
If you will support the manager in front of your team, they will lose the trust/ belief in you and eventually that will lead them to intentional poor performance.
Another alternative is to leave your team, switch the company itself.

In my team ,lead became AM ,now she is scolding us....that too she is threatening us.. feeling like I have been stuck in hell...nd she is expecting us to extend our work hours and complete the work,they are not ready to hire resources,with in 2-3 resources,she is expecting the work to be completed
