Does anyone have any insight into what voice over talent for broadcast costs for non-union talent? I just learned a previously recorded spot requires usage fees and I’ve never had to really deal with that before. Is non-union talent without usage fees a thing? Or is it more common to buy out the rights outright? Sorry if this is a dumb question I’m somewhere between googling around and flying blind.

To what extent to platforms facilitate union formation? To what extent do they discourage it? You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
