Does anyone have insight into BA roles within Amazon’s HR department? E.g. how this area differs from other Amazon teams in terms of WLB, career progression, salary, etc

Partners with kids and a working spouse, how do you manage? Is it realistic for both people in the relationship to work full time long term? How do you keep marriage going and career progressing?

I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
