How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

Role:Cloud migration and imp Analyst
Job Level: 11
CTC: 6 fixed + 1.26 Variable =7.26 Total
Also 60k joining bonus.

Wipro:
Designation: Administrator
Band : B2
CTC: 7.40 Fixed + 0.6 Variable =8 total

Total YOE: 2+ years (26 months)

Can someone please suggest me if i can still negotiate with Accenture for more CTC. If yes how much i should ask.

I am going to be starting a job working in an academic laboratory at a school in Western NY as a lab tech, and was offered 32k salary. I have a BS in Med lab science and have been working in clinical research for the past three years since school. Have a 60% increase in salary in hand L&E management side, would stay at current firm if they bump me up at least 40%. Do I ask employer (without disclosing other offer) that I’ll need them to match (or lowest 40% when negotiating) and if they don’t match then peace, or disclose offer right away and ask.
