Does anyone here have an idea on the Toyota Financial Services Project for SAP?
I want to know how much is the work load, is it a good project in terms of growth, are the resources micromanaged or anything that I should know of before joining that project?

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?
