Does anyone know anything about KPMG's Salesforce capability? What are growth opportunities? Exit opportunities? Salary expectations? Etc.

For reference, I'm B4, wrapping up an MBA and relatively new into the Salesforce space, but want to know what my options are.

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?

Did those of you who were programmers but moved into other areas (e.g., PM, CEO, management) keep up with your coding skills? If so, why and how? Was it to keep your options open?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree.
