My boss (exec director) and I need to come up with a schedule strategy. We work in a hybrid setting, 1-2 days in office, the rest remote. As you all know, the days fill up quickly with travel, meetings and requests internal, external, new partners etc. Fridays are usually off limits to schedule anything unless it’s super important or really no way to work around it. have you seen something, created or implemented a strategy/guideline that would free up more time? I know saying no more would help

Am currently offered with 19 LPA fixed and 10% for 6 YOE, joining on Monday.
PWC is offering same with 2 lakh JB and 20% variable...but PWC offer is not released yet...how can I negotiate with EY without offer...just want same compensation as PWC with JB is enough? Will EY ask for offer letter if I ask to match PWC offer?

I am trying to negotiate an internal base increase. Context is that I am at a FinTech following a key strategic and successful M&A in which I was the sole program manager. For reference I have 3 years of experience and have been offered a 10% base increase as a part of my promotion (current salary is 120k).
