Hi Everyone!!
I am about to start working in ValueLabs as System Analyst (DevOps Engineer).
I am really looking forward for the same and am excited about it. Can anyone who is already working share his/her experience over there, growth perspective, culture and other useful things. Valuelabs

I had a friend that later shared he had seriously contemplated suicide. Really sad. But very luckily he ended up quitting, traveled the word for a year, and then joined the health and wellness industry in a very physically active role. They seem happy.
Made me want to leave MBB to do what I want and not worry about the endless hustle to the next level. So I did.
If it’s useful to you — everyone I know who left for performance reasons continued on to go great places for a next gig. The CDC process can be absolute capricious bullsh*t, and it’s not an evaluation of your worth as a person, just a silly artificial game. It’s easy to make it feel like this job is your life, but there’s a whole world out there
Please DM if you want to
The only downard spiral is not cashing in the mbb cred for money. Chasing partner is by far the silliest approach. It's winning life via the hardest route (once you're in mbb)
I went corporate, make 550-650 depending on bonus, work 45 hours and travel 4 days a month.
AC2 - i left at first year principle.
A2 - that def of profit does not value time / sweat / risk
I’m spiraling down during-MBB. Does that count ?
Chief
Nah ur chilling bro just keep ur head up u got this
A few. One guy ended up living in a van down by the river.
Matt Foley a true hero always have a great laugh watching it
Few MBBs are in the jail for insider trading. That’s a huge spiral down.
Bah, that’s just finishing school before you make REAL money in real estate or crypto scams
Well yeah
Not all of them as famous as this
“Enron had McKinsey in its bloodlines. Jeffrey Skilling, the firm’s CEO, had once been a McKinsey partner, and the consulting firm had advised the company for 18 years as it transformed itself from an oil pipeline operator to a derivatives trader. Skilling was convicted of fraud in 2006 and sentenced to 24 years in prison.”
One I personally know has had 25 jobs since they left and those jobs include a rep at a Sprint store and he is now a barista at a Starbucks. I actually know the person and they have mental issues, so not the same as just having character flaws or being an idiot.
Wow post mbb and working in a sprint store? Damn
After leaving MBBD my mental health would hit the floor without my employers name attached to mind
"MBBD" 😂
I know a guy who didn’t land the MMB job post MBA so is just bitter at a Big4
Rising Star
If he’s at big4, he’s definitely spiraling in real time. Check up on them to make sure their okay every now and then!
Why would they be spiraling down? It’s just a job
Not MBB but a colleague left PWC for mental health and had to take leave for over a year, and found a new job somewhere else
