Record Reform! Anywhere from $500-$2k depending on the amount of records. They have great chronologies and summaries. 10/10 recommend
We use Marker and MRC. Generally, they’re good.
I will caution you to not rely entirely on those summaries when citing records and instead use it as a guide. I’ve seen typos in the summaries that change the meaning of the note. Also, since they don’t have full knowledge of the case or theories, they may not pick up on key notes in the records.
Record reform. Cheap and fast so you don’t have to spend $ on experts until you know you have a case
We use Marker. As someone mentioned, be careful with how much you lean on them. It's easy to miss something important so it only saves so much work.
Legalsupporthelp.com a lot cheaper and several law firms use the company. I own the company.
I agree - I just started using record reform and we wound up doing away with our in-house med record paralegal
Nurse paralegals are a dying breed
