Does buying a Mach E make financial sense?. $49,500. $10k tax credits. I put nothing down on my current car. Now worth $2k more than I paid in 2019. $31k trade, owe $16k so I have 15k net equity. Basically I’d go from $16k w/3.5 years left to $25k @1.99%-2.25% for 4-5 years left. Seems worthwhile, but a sanity check is in order.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).

When I was hired, I don't recall being informed about my salary being tied to my location. My employment contract also only makes one mention of location, and says "home office" and my state. I was recently told by HR though that if I move, my comp. will be lower. Is this legal? Should I consult a labor lawyer?

In my mind, I don't recall being told this and it's not clear from my employment contract, so I feel like they're breaking our agreement, and it feels unfair.
