Does D still penalize you for taking PTO? Did they change it recently? What is the utilization target for D Ms? How many days can you carry over to next year?

At any level above Senior, how do u manage the relationship between utilization and realization, which is an inverse relationship. Seems to be either blow the budget (and write it off), or eat a lot of time.

I don’t understand how people keep posting about the bench and being unassigned. I’m in advisory(not audit) and my entire LoS is trending 90%+ utilization

What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

What is the target utilization for a Senior 2? Or number of chargeable hours goal? Is this ever hard to meet?

I just found out that people bill more than 8 hours in a day to help with utilization (ie. submitting 8.5 or 9 hours as a standard day). Is this common practice?
