They are clients op. Clients that require consultants to test for system access and badge access. Google the acronym with the word, bank.

If you're in commercial, you can safely ignore most clients onboarding assistant's requests for drug testing or background checks. Top tier clients you will be rolled off or seriously dinged for doing that, though.

Wasn’t even drug tested for DOD projects in GPS. It is up to the project. Most do not but some do occasionally

I mean, if you fail a drug test with a client you know your career in advisory is pretty much over, right? Just don't use drugs again. It's not worth it.
