Does EY pay 100% for maternity leave 4 weeks before baby is due? I know they do 16 weeks post delivery but CA state law allows you to take 4 before due date. Anyone able to get it approved and paid?

Did you get an answer? As a whole they don’t, but CA could be different. Did you email the leave team?

Hi Moms, just had baby #2 and we want to upgrade our family car from Toyota Rav4 to a 3-row luxury SUV that's nice looking inside and outside, reliable and has decent cargo space too. My husband doesn't like the exterior of Grand Wagoner. We are considering the Grand Cherokee, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. But I have read terrible reviews about Escalade. Folks seem to like GMC Yukon Denali but I'm worried it'll be too big for me to drive. Appreciate recommendations / thoughts. Thanks!

What are the advantages of working for a pre-IPO company?

I've been looking into several, and while they all seem to have great cultures, some are lacking in providing the benefits (401K, ESPP, etc.) that you can get at a more established company. What am I missing here?

Hi strangers, tell me what to do with my money 🤠

I’m 22 years old still living with my parents with minimal expenses. I make $65k, maxed out my 401k, have no debt, $30k in an HYSA, and $13k in a brokerage account. When I move out in 6 months or so, I estimate I’ll need $12k in an emergency fund. Should I put everything except that in my brokerage account? I hate that I have so much in the so called “high yield” account only making 0.45%

The program doc says any expense mentioned in the document or very similar items are eligible for reimbursement. Recreational classes like swimming, diving, boxing, dancing etc are mentioned in the list except DRIVING.

Most companies try to deal with Burnout by throwing money at it with wellness programs or vacations.

What happens when people come back from their programs or vacations? They are back to the same situation that led to their Burnout in the first place.

Companies need to fix the work culture of their leadership.
