Does Google allow those in Global roles to work from a closer home office although it may not be listed as a possible work location? I’m wondering if I’m assigned to one office, do I have the freedom to choose to work from a closer office a few days a week if my team is remote.

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours.
