Does it make sense to do a lateral move to another Big 4 in this environment (granted barely anyone is even hiring)? I have been with EY for a bit now and getting bored to the point im losing motivation to work. but the bills needs to be paid.
Want to pivot to tech but with the mass layoffs and how many smarter ppl are in the market now, not sure il snag an offer.
So I guess I want to know if you went from one big 4 to another at M+ level and if its worth even exploring that option.

My boss who hired me understands what my degree is in so he uses me to design parts and write reports. The plant manager doesn’t know my skills so anytime I’m in the office working he calls me to the floor to do something the other techs can do. Should I have a talk with the boss about it? Hi y’all! Was curious: what % of base salary is a typical signing bonus like for Account Executives? Trying to discern my offer. I have six years in Sales within a banking context, but this is a role in SaaS working with small businesses.

Thoughts on Wealth Management as an industry? Offered a role to work under a senior FA and eventually take over the book (~$800M AUM and growing). How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed.
