Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Yes, management will notice if someone is manipulating the system. Not worth it and could result in disciplinary actions up to and including termination depending on the circumstance.
They would surely be noticed. If caught doing something like that, it would likely be called call avoidance and could result in termination. I personally know of a few people in my company who were caught avoiding calls and were subsequently terminated.
At my job, they can see every status you are in and actively monitor it. Not worth the risk of termination.
Oh in 99% of call centers, this will absolutely be trackable and you absolutely will be caught and there absolutely will be repercussions. They pay you to take calls, not avoid them.
Most, from my experience, will monitor you more closely on your stats: the amount of calls, length of each, number of times switched, what aux it was things like that to establish a pattern. If they determine you are doing it to avoid calls then boom they will fire you. I'd suggest don't do it
Where I worked, they tracked every status. And what you’re describing definitely counted as call avoidance. However, if you didn’t do it often (like only a couple of times per 8-hour shift), you probably wouldn’t get in trouble for it. They could be stricter where you work. I have no way of knowing. Just be careful with that.
That is one of the easiest behaviors to detect and it is obvious why you are doing it. You will get caught. It's just a question of how long it takes. Someone I used to work with was fired for call avoidance for something very similar. No notice, just fired in the middle of the day.
Depending on where you work ohhh boy they will know. At where I work it's pretty much instant termination if you do it frequently enough as they do see it as call avoiding. It also depends on the frequency and how close together you are doing it.
