What’s the salary of a senior DAAC based out of India taking transfer to London? Please help with the right number. Is is true that the earnings in India = savings in UK. I am planning to make this move and an honest answer will be super helpful for me

Why are sizable salary bumps offered for switching firms, even for the same role? What’s the methodical rationale for this practice? Is the initial increase somewhat sustained or quickly normalized?

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.
