Does the GI Bill cover part time MBA programs? Or does it only cover part?

The GI Bill will cover you for what benefits you have left.
i.e. you have 12 months left, they will cover 13 months. What you get done, or the breaks you take is up to you.

I did my PhD first the MBA.

I have dual BS degrees in biology and chemistry and then my PhD is in Neuroscience at a T15 school, then a very short postdoc at a T10 school. Got my first job and started my MBA after 1 yr of working.

I used my GI bill to pay for my MBA. Got my undergrad while on AD so Uncle Sam paid for that

I paid for community college out of pocket for 2 years before I used the gi bill for 2 years at a university. My opportunity cost is lower than most

Depends on whether it’s a private or public school of a state you are a resident in. For example, I went to a UC school for my part time MBA and it was fully paid for as a California resident.

I think there’s a minimum number of credits you need to take to trigger GI bill ?

It will cover what ever you want. I used it for JD

What was your reasoning for seeking an MBA?

Hello, looking for supervisor positions in healthcare within NYC, I am looking to start ASAP. I have my Bachelors in Health Services Admin and Economics, 5 years of experience in the industry and I am currently working towards my PMP certification, as well as going for my MBA or MHA, depending on what program I can afford. I am currently located in Queens. Thank you!

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.

Hey guys, need some advice. I was fortunate enough to get the Consortium fellowship at Ross but am also stuck on the CBS waitlist and am still planning to apply to Wharton in R3. Assuming I get into CBS/Wharton, is there that much of a difference between them to forgo scholarship money? For context, I want to get into product management at FAANG/fintech with pursuing MBB as a plan B. Thanks in advance!

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

What was your experience with the LSAT? Do you think it's gatekeeping, preventing students who can't afford it (often people of color) from entering the field? OR is it helping future attorney's of color by giving them a chance to go to a top school regardless of grades? I've seen questions about the LSAT all day and just want to know how people feel.

I would appreciate your perspective.
I am currently working on my MBA in a professional evening and weekend program at a highly accredited university. I am thinking about transferring to a much smaller private online program, specifically because they offer a concentration in organizational health, which directly builds on my doctoral research. Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?

I have a few questions for people in consulting roles (both external/internal).

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?

Thank you all!
