Does your firm have relationship managers?

I would like to put out feelers for how common (or uncommon) this role is. Our firm has RMs that work alongside partners and senior managers to help manage client relationships, identify new opportunities and bring in new revenue, and monitor scope of work. However, our RMs are not accounting professionals. Does your firm have a similar role? If not, have they considered something similar? TIA.

We have a project that would generate social impact, and our short term goal is to propose it to ASHOKA to help us develop it. Before that we would like to assemble a team that will be part of "the board" with all the resources we are needind and most importantly people that "empathically share our preoccupation for the immigrants". Any kind of feedback or volunteer would be appreciated.

How important would it be to not have the “Jr” before the title? Personally, I don’t care about the title, but wonder about future employer’s?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
