Just switched from counting calories to trying to maintain a calorie deficit by just mental estimates. Had a salary hike in April this year and now looking for promotion and my manager is ready to promote right away but without salary hike as i already had 2 salary hikes this year but will get that hike for promotion in salary in next April.
