How in the world do you eat the recommended amount of protein? Do you snack on ground beef? Have chicken breast for breakfast? I’m 130lbs and struggle to eat more than 50 grams on a good day.

We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate.
