McKinsey & Company I had a second round of interview with McK 1 week back but no one got back to me yet.
I only received a link to login to McK website where the status my job application shows “In Progress”.
I am not sure whether it takes so much time for McK to respond after the second round. Is anybody aware of this?

Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Probably depends how far along you went into the process... if you got autorejected after CV screen than probably just optimizing your CV for ATS could make a difference with the next applicatio. If you got to talk to more involved people and they judged your competencea as lacking- apply only if something changed (either on your side or on their side). If you kept the contact details of HM and you know it’s the same one you can also ask if it makes sense to reapply-ideally by brining up some more specific aspects of your recruitment process.
I've called back after a month and asked if they were still looking. I called on a Friday and started the next Monday.
I have! I applied again 9 months later after polishing up on the things I was missing. The catch was I had built a friendly relationship with the manager over that time and it was a smaller company
Oooh this is really good to know because I have always wondered whether or not its possible to get a job with someone who has previously rejected you. I always just assumed it wasn't worth applying again because I figured it would be an automatic rejection.
Use a different email and phone number and u good fam
In a down market like this, if you don't get it first time, you're not gonna get another chance. Better to focus somewhere new.
