How does ZS pay partners in India
Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

My electrician charges me more.
Either you’re being ripped off or getting Brady’d
Hi I own a free lance consultancy. This is my view :
1. If it is 40 hours a week for more than few months then 200 is fine
2. I typically charge 300 per hour when the commitment is 20 hours a week. 20 hours a week is my minimum commitment
I think it depends on what the opportunity is. If it’s to provide more senior level oversight or strategic thinking or subject matter expertise you could get $250-300.
$200/hr translates to a 420k salary, so if you think that's worth your time, then yes it's reasonable. If you make more than that, you probably don't need the money anyways 🤷
That calculation assumes that as a freelancer you would have a 100% utilization rate and no sales or time off.
If there were no conflicts or compliance issues I'd happily do a little extra work for $200/hr. Wouldn't risk my day job though
Absolutely..
That’s pretty good. I’m seeing $125-150/hr
Not the norm but I’ve had a handyman quote me $300….
Times must be tough when ex-MBB trade knowledge and influence for 200 an hour unless there is a bigger payoff later.
Hopefully you are figuring out leverage, hourly rate without leverage seems old school.
Very helpful, thanks!
