Exit opportunities from Strategy Consulting? I have 5 YOE, 4 of which are Insight/Research, and I work in a boutique consultancy. Nature of work ranges from brand positioning, innovation, vision, architecture and more. I’m not looking to exit now now (I’m aware it’s the worst time for switching jobs amid the current market) but I want to start considering exit options for the future. A good WLB is key

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

PE interests me but I don’t understand why anyone would want to consistently work 65+ hours a week every week. What’s the appeal? Making double the pay? What’s the exit plan?

Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane. For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance.
