Has anyone gone through multiple interviews and not even been given a “thanks for applying but we went another way” or a reply to a follow up email after 3 weeks? I get it means I didn’t get it, but just seems weird to be completely blacked out unless they will don’t have any update for me? Lol

Every time I start a new project, I just look forward to the roll off date. It’s just so sad how I never find any of my projects exciting or fulfilling.
