A CRO offerred me an internal consulting/biz dev role. They offered 145k TC (20% bump) and slightly better benefits. They also offered accelerated path (6mo to 1yr) to MC. While promotion to MC at my current company is at least 1 year away. The job is interesting to me and fits my careery goal. But my big concern is that I've only been with my current company for a year (this is my first job, post PhD). Would this affect my resume in the future in terms of being viewed as "job hopping"?

How would you go about finding a remote AE role with a 100k base?

I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.

What would you do?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’m a fairly new manager and there is a high expectation to contribute ideas on how to improve our ways of working, flag up bottlenecks, contribute to strategy etc. We usually have meetings where we discuss these things as a team ( manager and above), but I hardly ever have anything to say. Suggestions needed. Got offer from other Big4s with same money offer. Got to talk to very great partners, and practices/work-life balance are very similar across all 3 firms. Currently more toward DT but only cuz I know more people there so I feel less nervous going there. When it comes to turning down offers, what other professional reasons can I provide?
