Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

Are all Big 4 firms equally tone deaf, or is it just EY? I feel like they don’t address the fact that people are leaving in droves and the ones left behind are burnt out - we continue to have these big growth targets, but fewer and fewer people to actually do the work.

Got hired 3 years ago- newly created staff accountant role with the plan that it’ll go into a senior and then manager role. 1.5 years in I get a title promotion to senior, told I’ll get more duties, start supervising AP, and get monetary promotion to match next year. Got way more work, but nothing else promised within that year. Told next money bump would be manager role (no raise for senior still) and I need to take on more and start supervising AP. Again, seeing nothing…time to leave?
