Currently working in Bank with 7+ YOE including 6 yrs in Big4 non-MBA (Masters in Finance). What is the total comp (base+bonus) that I can ask for? What is the general sign on bonus? Thanks in advance

Team first. I&C is picking back up. IFCS leveling off. Don’t complain about it either way or you will be targeted as non team player.
Always assume noble intent. Expect others are doing the right thing. Join them or piss off.
Think big and be bold. People have to get back in the market and actually sell work. No more jobs just playing politics.
Accountability to team and individual. We’re not doing layoffs but low utilization won’t stay that way for long - one way or another.
Be inspirational. Train and develop the new hires.
Be innovative. Sell what you do or find something new to sell. If you can’t do either of those. Find somewhere else to do it.
Share your thought or concerns as long as they’re actionable. Don’t just bitch about work or a project.
Leadership evolution. Your boss will change. My boss will change. This will be a good thing and can’t wait to cut through that old bureaucracy.
Have fun. This is a job. You’re not supposed to have fun. Shut up. Get off FB and go back to work.
I see so kind of beginning a reversal of the trend, even though in absolutes IFCS is still higher. Makes sense
We’re going hyper speed and blackstone is acquiring us and we’re opening up janitorial consulting

What changes are happening?
We still do work for clients that pay us to do stuff that they can’t do. Less internal meetings and more intentional and focused practice development. Less internal managing and more doing and accountability. A great message and appropriately brief so we can get back to helping clients. Wont really change our day to day work.
Did they decide to rename the practice? Claims-R-Us?
EY3. Not bad mouthing. Agree. The claims reference is a tribute to the lion share of the practices work comes from IFRS. How about “Cl-Aim high”?
