I am currently interviewing at EY GDS and HR discussion is done.
But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.
YOE: 6
CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

Anyone work for Rivkin Radler? How is the pay/WLB?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

The status on my ibegin portal of TCS is showing evaluated. What is the meaning of this? Salary discussion is done already. How much time will it take approximately to receive the offer letter?

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. safety/pharmacovigilance). Working as an
SAP consultant in Deloitte USI since Aug-2020.

What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I feel like my job isn’t enough because skills aren’t considered as transferable outside this field.

Is it normal for managers/project leads to request a 3 month notice if you want to leave your project and join another one? My project does this and I think it’s absurd.

STARTUP FOUNDERS and FAANG: would you rather hire MBB with 3-4 years of exp or Tier 2 with 5-6 years? If you could isolate those variables and everything else held constant.
