Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch,please share your stories.In need of some motivation

Based on PBB numbers, I'd be surprised it's that high.
I'm happy with anything >=15. Underpaid compared to other firms but that would still be a good raise
That was last year's % increase for staff -> senior. 4s got 20%. Given this year's PBB was a little less than last year, I would expect a little less % raise as well.
@EY3, what practice?
It differs by service line, region, etc. Y'all have to know this by now.....
Got a 16.9% raise last year from staff2 to senior. It was nice but still under paid. Honestly
Was it 22% or was it 2.2% --- too many dyslexic people at EY.
It 100% was not 22% because I was a 5 and was promoted and I got 17%. If it helps I've been a 5 every year so everyone saying 22% is full of it
@FSC1: Ugh trolls, they probably lied about their rating/comp raise. Any idea what it was for a 4? I'm guessing 14?
@EY2--Yes understood but again let me clarify that I'm NYC based (highest cost city) and I'm in FSO which generates the most revenue
