EY FSO Practice? Any insight or opinions on pay bands, work/life balance, toxicity? I’d like to apply to 2 Senior Consulting positions this week at EY.

Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?

Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

My pay was 110 in Boston as an S3 in FSO a few years back. WLB was non-existent and culture was extremely political, cliquey and toxic at times. I miss the fast paced aspects of it, but it wasn’t sustainable for me.
