You took them so why are you asking if it is feasible? Not following
A1 - exactly! Trying to underatand if i can realistically take the same/similar amount and hit targets and not have it be an issue with leadership.
Currently evaluating an offer fwiw and apologies if that fact that I'm currently at D wasn't clear
As long as you hit your utilization chargeable hours target, you can pretty much do whatever you want… (senior 3)
Thanks EY9! I'd be a Senior 3, any insight as to target at that level?
I did approx 240 hours this year fully engaged and had no issues.
Thanks for the insight! Do you mind me asking what level?
Took 200 hours staff 2. Half the time was for cpa exams
Yes it is if you are coming to EY from Deloitte and worried you won’t get time off. You just have to know how to say no. What level?
Currently SC2 (3 next month) at D and can take 6 weeks pto plus holidays and meet targets. Unlimited PTO is just somewhat nebulous in description and looking to understand what it looks like in actuality at EY
Took about 240 this year (not including firm holidays etc), at senior 1 no issues.
I'm going to end up around 186 after vacation this week, as well. I was shooting hard for 200, but missed it.
200 (5 weeks) is the amount of vacation I had prior to the Flexible Vacation Policy, so I'm going to continue to strive towards that number annually.
Just run when you hear the words “business development” and you’ll meet your target just fine 🙂
I always take my 25 days each year. That was the benchmark before we switched to unlimited so that is my target each year. I’m a Senior Manager and have never had a problem.
You can easily take 240+ hours, given that you are fully allocated the rest of the year. 🤷🏻♂️
Here’s how I approach it, look at how many chargeable hours I’m required, see if I’m on track with that, and then determine how much vacay is feasible to meet that metric. Usually I can comfortably take 3-4 weeks total
As your talent consultant! Or engagement manager, they should know. I got it in an email that I can find
