EY partner here. Sorry to hear that, OP. Not a good look although I’m sure there are valid reasons.
If you would like, DM which job you’re interviewing for and I’ll try to help move this along if you’re still willing to give us a chance.

I’d run. If a company treats you like this while you’re still a candidate then imagine how it will be once you’re employed.

It is true. If interviews are constantly being rescheduled at the last minute it’s not because of the recruiters, it’s because of the teammates that are interviewing candidates. Most of which the candidates will actually be working with. Take note of these instances when interviewing. Yes, they’re interviewing us but we’re also interviewing them as well.

For me, the recruiter left the company mid interview process and I never heard anything back.
PWC1 failed mission successfully. Good for you!
Let me know if you want to try Accenture instead! We are actively looking. I came over from Deloitte in February.
Of course!

Given what you know, are you still interested?
Based on the role and the first interview I had, I was VERY interested, but now seeing how little they respect of peoples times not so much

They did this to me and then rejected me after I changed my schedule around 4x to interview -_- then refused to give me any feedback after my interviews. Run.

I mean…what would you be doing otherwise?
UPDATE: Joined the interview, 1 of the interviewers were 5 mins late and had to leave 15 minutes in. The other seemed OK but very un-interested. Doubt I’ll get an offer but I would not accept it if I did.
Rising Star
Yes, tell them you’re no longer interested
Is this the first interview?
Can I ask for different interviewers? Every time we confirm a date/time, the day of they have a conflict. It’s beyond rude
My interviews were scheduled at the wrong times due to time zone changes and no one came but me. They got ahold of everyone and had them rescheduled the next day. EY then ghosted me two different days on their interviews. When we did meet, the manager didn’t seem too interested as they were working late in a different time zone. I think it’s hard to judge a company by the interview process bc people are human. I have friends that work at EY and even they express how the hiring process has so many issues. I’ve had good and bad interview processes for several companies - I just figured is it worth it to me to continue and see if this company can offer me something better than I have or not.
The same thing is happening to me now for a first round interview. Been sending availability times for a few weeks now. I’ll just wait it out and see.
