EY-Parthenon Capital Edge group, how is the culture? Would you advise for or against joining?

What does this group actually do?

EYP culture is overall great but the market fluctuates and there are layoffs twice a year because of it. And very political behavior resulting from it. I won't speak for Capital Edge but if you are stable and have a good career path where you are I would advise you stay. Yes the pay is good but that also means you are expensive when targets are missed. Good luck!
