Accenture rejected my profile without even an interview due to budget issues.

Any referrals please where the expected CTC won't be an issue?

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

Was told I’d only have one round (4 interviews), each split 50/50 on case/behavioral. This is for an Associate position and will be interviewing with AP/P/SP level. Is this typical? Since I see most people have multiple rounds.

Considering a Product Owner role. Any best practices of what questions to ask during an interview? First phase deals with a virtual Teams interview with the recruiter and her manager on Tuesday. Excited since this is a hop from a Product Analyst role and entails an offer of over $30,000 from what I'm getting now! I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies. I'm working on extricating myself and finding my identity again in a way that will be easy on my conscience and values..so I'm learning! Please dont hesitate to go to therapy!...

My LWD in Wipro (my previous employer) was on 21 Aug, 2021. I was waiting to receive my outstanding due and experience certificate, as part of F&F, ever since. However, I received an email from the offboarding team today stating that my Final Settlement is on on hold due to security concerns (DLP: data leakage). How is this going to play out? And much longer will it take before my F&F process is completed and I get my outstanding due and my experience certificate? Pls advice.

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.
