FBI agents, is the job worth it? I feel like there's too much going on and you have to constantly be aware of it all to make your job as "easy" as possible.

Working with the FBI like any law enforcement is a job of vocation, this type of work is not easy, the hours are not easy, and much less the things you have to do. Yes, it's worth it, but you have to be willing to give up a lot of things

Being aware of everything is something that is basically done on a day-to-day basis in any of the FBI departments that you work for, it is common for them to keep you informed and the job is never easy.

Belonging to the FBI was my dream, and I fulfilled my dream 9 years ago, it has not been easy I have gone through two divorces but I love what I do and I will always say that it is worth all the sacrifice for the service to others.

I dare to say that the FBI is the most demanding body of law in the world, not only do you have to be aware of everything, but you have to be in the excellent physical condition and always mentally ready, on top of that it demands sacrifices like less time with your family and less time for yourself.

Yes and 1000 times yes, if it is worth it, the pay is not very good but the service you provide to the country is extremely necessary and someone has to do it.

The job of an FBI agent is definitely worth it. The pay and benefits are great, and you get to do important work that helps keep our country safe. It can be difficult to keep up with everything going on, but with good organization and planning, it is possible to make your job easier.

The job of an FBI agent is definitely not easy. There are a lot of things that you need to be aware of and constantly be on the lookout for. However, it is definitely worth it. The work that the FBI does is incredibly important and has a real impact on our country and the world.

Yes, the job is worth it. It can be challenging at times, but it is very rewarding to help people and solve crimes. The FBI is a great agency with many talented agents who work hard to make our country safe.

No, the job is not worth it. It's too difficult to keep up with everything and you have to be constantly aware of your surroundings. I am looking for a change, to be honest.

No, the job is not worth it. The pressure is too high and you can't let your guard down for a second or you'll be in trouble.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?
