Have you ever considered going into Human Resources? It sounds like you really like dealing with people and helping them, and I think that that's exactly the skillset needed for a good HR manager/coordinator. I would perhaps talk to someone in HR at your current company about their career trajectory and ask them some advice for a career move, if that interests you at all
HR usually always requires HR experience
Hi. I feel the same as you do. Have you tried maybe thru family and friends going out on your own and maybe making up a flier and letting them know what you do and maybe work as a personal assistant for a smaller company or a family that needs an assistant to do the maintaining of the property, home, errands, daily day to day stuff, etc… Your strong and very valuable

I've grown from the admin role multiple times by volunteering for projects that were outside of the scope of a traditional AA/EA. I'm currently an EA, and literally just today, one of the execs I support let me know how thrilled he's been with my performance on an extra task I took on and wanted to know if I'd be interested in working more on the client side with logistics, coordination, and project management. It doesn't always work, and it's a lot of effort, but there is added value in asking for more work sometimes.

Been there, and it's rough. Best of luck with the job search!
Project management is also a natural progression, but you might need to pursue a certification, depending on the role. You could also go into meeting and event planning like for national sales meetings and that sort of thing.
Before I got my B.S. in Business Administration, it was always....Honey, if you only had a degree. Well, this honey got one, even with a 4.0 GPA. Then it was....Honey, you are over qualified for this position. Aarrgghh!!
Do I even tell employers I have a degree or not. It seems to be a no win on that front for me. I'm on the same job level.
I’m in the same exact spot . CS/AA/ coordinator Roles with a BS in marketing I received my degree 2019. 30 years experience and working in a position I’m making less at in my 80s . I feel ageism is an issue, I’m in my 50s but feel 30 something I’m thinking of doing the program that helps you excel in being more than just an AA , The IAAP . I need to do something because my bills are more than I make and I’m literally living to pay bills.
