You need more joy in your life
Mr. Vice President, you should probably work on your jokes because they’re not that funny.
You do know that unless you are a premium customer you can only send 5 invites a month that have a note attached? Try some research before judging eh?
Maybe accept their request and they will send you a note after?
But what if they do send a message? What if it is a genuine question about the legitimacy of a job posting? Because I've had to do that after several red flags waved during conversations with a prospective employer.
My goto connection request note:
I am a recruiter for the Robert Hess Search group. I am reaching out to see if there is an opportunity for us to help you cultivate the team you're looking for. I'd love the chance to work together, be it now or in the future. Take care, Keith
It works at times, but remember, I am reaching out to potential new clients. If you are a potential candidate, it may fall on deaf ears for a recruiter. If you want to connect to a recruiter, get on LinkedIn and search for "Recruiters." Most good recruiters will have an email, phone number, or other way to contact them listed in their bio. Send them a message. If not, send a connection request, but add a note. You can also sign up for 30 days of free premium type of subscription and send an Inmail, which also goes directly to their email as well. Be warned, though, that most of the time, a recruiter isn't able to do much with you as a candidate unless they have a client and position available. They can try to market you, although that isn't always the easiest path. So make sure you connect with recruiters that specialize in your field of work.
Mine are pretty accurate
