Oh wow G1, I hope you’re British. 😳
Partner interview usually means you’ve got it as long as you can hold a decent convo

What’s an airport test
An airport test is a way to promote someone’s unconscious bias.
This is a fit question where the interviewer is supposed to imagine if she/he/they can stand to be stuck in an airport with you during a delay. Absolute nonsense IMO.
They should focus on what a candidate brings to the table, not on whether they would like to have a beer with the candidate.

The partner will probe what you know and how you have skills that fit into the sector’s strategy. Just do background research on the partner’s work and demonstrate your professional qualities!
Lol the partner interview at GH was a joke and a half. They asked how my day was and if I liked what I heard about the job. I had an offer 20 mins after.
Yeah partner interviews are usually very casual and the easiest. It's basically a way for the partner to be involved in the process and let you have the opportunity to ask good questions. Look at it more for your benefit than theirs.
They approve your salary and then that's the last time you'll speak to them
