Can someone post their screenshots? Why are folks protecting the agency so heavily? Perhaps post with the names blocked out but replace with gender and position - or gender, race and position??
It's probably less about protecting the agency and more about protecting themselves. If you're caught posting it, it could lead to serious issues.

Oh sorry there was a question. I imagine everyone will be using this as ammo now, but expect some push back. I would still build your case, know and express your worth, the value you bring and have brought to the company etc. I wouldn’t use the mishap from finance being the reason you’re asking for raise, that’s more inside knowledge for you now.

How much is a mid-level AD making there?
I am truly amazed at how under wraps everyone is keeping this! As someone familiar with that agency, it wouldn't surprise me at all if there were some serious gender pay disparities. I'd say racial too, but there are so few POC there, that may not even be relevant.

Promotion and raise requests will be 5x higher now with many of your colleagues doing the same. Raise your had for a raise but understand it probably won’t happen and if it does it will be 5% or something. Start interviewing elsewhere and get 30% more money in your next role.

CD 1, couldn’t agree more. The press would be outstanding. It would be a radical move of transparency and so appreciated by everyone in the agency.
You can't use it as ammo, no. You can ask for a raise by saying you don't think you're making market rate though. They'll know what you mean.
Time to find a new job there no winners in this situation because had you not seen this you would have never known or cared about it.
