Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

I have an acquaintance who’s background was is computer science but felt that he wasn’t “helping” people with his industry job. He started taking weekend classes for Basic Life Support training and loved it so now he is doing full training as an EMT while still working full time and plans to do the EMT as a side gig. I think there are different ways of being involved with the community that don’t require to go to med school. I am not discouraging you if you feel that really is your path, but I feel that becoming a doctor in the US takes a really long time and is really expensive and nowadays a lot of doctors develop burnout early in their careers because of the current healthcare system. Maybe try something else that involves community work first and see how you feel about it
I just had a similar question and lots of people responded, so you might want to check that out. But I will say that if it fills you with dread, it's probably time to consider something else, whether it's medicine or not. Happiness above all.
