FIS layoff in India

I have a pending H1-B petition and I was laid off today. Can I still get H1-B approval provided my current company does not revoke my LCA/petition? I’m currently on F1 STEM OPT and I have an approved H4 EAD that kicks in next month when my F1 expires. Is it possible to have H1-B and H4 together? Any thoughts on what’s valid and what should be done?

For those who were laid off from a startup, what are some warning signs?
Currently at a startup - we are nowhere near profitable, and have significantly negative cash flows. Based on my calculations we’ll need more funding in about 6 months (after we just closed series C). I feel like the investors see something I don’t… but I should just recognize they’re smarter than I am and I should just trust the fact that they’re investing?

Is it a red flag as a candidate to ask if a company offers maternity leave? I was recently laid off, so I wasn't expecting to lose my job. We're planning on trying for a baby in the next year or so, so it's really important to me that my next job offers paid maternity leave.

The issue is that it's so rarely advertised on company web sites, but ultimately better maternity leave would sway my decision for a job. Is there a way to ask this tactfully? Or without raising red flags?

Since January 2020, I became laid off from my job working full-time and remotely for a Southwest Florida urologist that I worked for about 10 years. no it seemed I was going to get my job back around July of last year, he decided to create a partnership with an oncologist who had his own marketing team.
