I am a new joiner at EY. Got mail from Insurance team to update the dependents. Also I have added the Top Up plan of 15Lakhs for which the premium was around 25k.

How is the premium deducted from salary. Is it one time or is it done quarterly.

Appreciate the help on this.

I interviewed both at Deloitte India and Deloitte USI. I was selected at Deloitte India but I was rejected at Deloitte USI in the 2nd round. Will this be an issue during the BGV (that I was rejected at Deloitte USI)?

We add minimum of three people for LEAD feedback.

How are feedbacks from different quarterly cycles decide year end ratings?

Or is it simply that Counsellors and SM's sit and decide on ratings and hikes for the counselees??
