*KPMG* In Flexible Compensation which is mentioned in Offer Letter, I am given option of HRA, LTA, Meal coupon, Child Education, Education expenses, Computer Purchase.

Doesn't KPMG provide components like Personal Allowance, Conveyance, Mobile Bill Allowance etc. which are standard components?
If not, then if I allocate 50000 HRA (max) per month and meal coupon of 1000, how will I get the rest of the 30000? Will that be paid yearly or monthly?

I recently found out I was “promoted” or giving a higher title, same pay. I was told HR was updating employees titles based on the work they do… Is that even a thing?? My mid yr review is coming, should I just ask for more money?

Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Since I had to reach out to the recruiter and haven't heard anything since I assume they're interested in another candidate.
