What salary can I ask the HR as expectation?

My current fixed pay is 29 LPA

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?

I’ve an total 3YOE in Pyspark and Python technologies And holding offers from Bank of America for 15.5 fixed and IDFC with 17lpa + 1 joining bonus.

In Bank of America it is more of a core Python role whereas in IDFC it is more related to Data Engineer role. I’m confused between choosing since Bank of America has bigger brand value and also both organizations have similar work life balance.

The problem is I've not mentioned couple of companies experience at beginning of my career since that experience is irrelevant to what I'm working now. So my question is how to answer if he ask what about other companies relieving letter and all?

I am having offer from cognizant and mindtree on 5 years of experience in AWS. Mindtree is giving 2.5 LPA more as compared to cognizant. Can you please suggest which should I join. There are mixed feedback for both.
