Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture
When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

Another vote for Brilliant Earth. But just because I love their designs..... Seriously though. Unless you just have money to blow, I would choose a 2 carat, not that high quality stone in a setting/style that I like over a 0.75 carat Tiffany ring for the same price
Girl here. Fuck diamonds. They're not as precious thanks to DeBeers and they cause guys to think that they must spend an arm and a leg for one. My ring has a gemstone and I love it. My fiancé didn't have to take out a loan like other people I know.
She will love whatever you get here OP, consider going conflict free though no matter what. And if she's rude about the ring, maybe don't give her one :)
They all come from the same place so it really doesn't matter.
I'm a girl and dgaf about stone quality unless it's bad. I'm good with something that's not excellent as long as it's moderately fine. OP, why not discuss this with your hopefully soon-to-be fiancé? I'm sure you want to do the whole big romantic surprise, but sometimes it's ok to be practical. I'm not saying she has to pick out the ring but she can point you in the right direction.
This thread is boring af
Definitely ask the best friend/sister. If its important theyll know. Design, for me, is really important (I like a solitaire but hoping for a more vintage setting).
The verdict? Ask the lady in question and listen to what she says. I didn't want a diamond at all.
I bought my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth with a lab grown diamond. 25% cheaper, 100% American made, 100% conflict free. Lab grown diamonds are the future.
Bigger stone, non brand. Unless she really has a thing for Tiffany's don't bother.
Diamonds lead to blowie sundays.
I got a tattoo, no diamond - to each his own, but this all seems a bit shallow
It's not like people will know it's from Tiffany's- this isn't a purse with the label on it. Who cares about name brand diamonds?
Get what YOU want. That might not even be a ring at all! Stick it to conventional thinking.
And by YOU clearly pwc11 means your girlfriend
Boys/males/men/gentlemen you can chime in as well. Thanks!
If it has the same specs other than size definitely the bigger one
That is what I am saying. I'd rather have a bigger/better stone without the name Tiffany attached to it. Tiffany is guaranteed a great stone, but like you said, you're also paying for the name.
Tiffany's diamonds are from conflict free zones. But it's all about quality of the diamond. Bigger doesn't mean anything if it's a terrible stone.
Guy here, how much are we supposed to spend on a ring again?
So unbelievably untrue
I also had a friend who got hers man-made so she could get a bigger stone.
