When is the best time to disclose your disability? During the interview phase, when you first start, or when the issues first come up and you need accommodations?

do you follow up with each interviewers after rejecting an offer? really liked the company and everyone i spoke to but the role isn’t for me. Would want to work for this company if the role was right. Any suggestions on keeping good relationship and not burning bridges by rejecting the offer?

I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them.
