Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. 180k condo in booming area close to downtown or 85k condo in the suburbs?

I make 150, with no debt (car, student loans, etc), graduated 2021, and want to ensure I can invest and live comfortably. The total payment/HOA difference between the two is $1250 and $550 per month.

I’m thinking the appreciation will be much better in the 180K condo, but I think the 85K condo will allow me to invest in more rentals.

Weirdly enough renting in the same areas would be $1500+ for a smaller place🤷🏽‍♂️
