For MBB recruiting, does it matter which cycle you apply for?
I’m a rising senior at a target school and is planning on applying full time through university recruiting this fall. I know Bain has 3 deadlines and BCG has 2. Would it be better to apply to the first deadline? I know the recruiters say just apply whenever you’re ready since “officially” it doesn’t matter, but is that really true?

Do you have advice on how to interview better with Amazon?

My résumé and portfolio are great, and I’ve been asked to interview with Amazon for 4 different teams now. However, it seems like I’m not making it past the first 1:1 interview. 3 out of 4 have resulted in not the right fit for reasons unknown; they don’t provide any feedback either. I have been invited for a new interview today with another team, and I am hoping 4th time is the charm. Any tips on how to do better next time?

Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
